Wealthy Wednesday: Money Loves Truth

Greetings

I hope this Wednesday finds you alive and well, enjoying the crispness of the changing of seasons, and the slowing down that comes with colder weather.

Wherever you live, this is a time for decreasing activity and diving into your inner dream world.  In that dream world, we journey rather than think, we allow rather than figure out.  We receive information rather than pushing.

And, if part of your dream is to serve more people in your business as you create more wealth for yourself … I have something very exciting to announce:
Spiritual Wealth Wednesdays

2 Wednesday’s every month, I’ll be sending out Wealth Tips for Spiritual Women Entrepreneurs, via video and written word.

My Spiritual Wealth truth is this:
I am leaving a marriage of 10 years, and… as soon as I decided to leave, despite this being the most difficult decision I’ve ever made, clients started to show up in droves and, they haven’t stopped since.

It’s been the most difficult year of my life in many ways, and the most liberating.  Earlier this year, I broke Six-Figures in my business for the first time.

Note: It hasn’t been my most blissful year ever, but rather- it’s been a year of extreme truth telling, regardless of how difficult it is to face that truth.  Furthermore, this year I’ve decided to pay close attention to my money, since I’m on my own for the first time in a decade, even though it scares me silly.

Money Loves Honesty.  Money Loves Alignment.  Money Loves Truth.

The more we tell ourselves the truth about where we are in our lives, the more we will become the money magnets we’re here to be.

The more we look at money, the more money wants to be with us.
Do you know how much money you have right now, exactly?
Do you know how much money you’ve made this year?
Go find out.

Look at the numbers, however scary.
Put your attention on your intention

If your intention is to have more money, it’s important to pay attention to the numbers.
I’ll be teaching you more about how to do this, specifically, as you journey on this Spiritual Path to Flourishing Financially.  (Yes!  It IS part of your Spiritual Path to Flourish Financially!)

You deserve it.

Please take the time to post below – what action step will you take this week to be in greater truth with your finances?  I look forward to hearing from YOU.  (Writing it down increases the likelihood that you’ll actually follow through by seventy-five percent.  SCROLL WAAYYYYYY DOWN TO THE COMMENT SECTION!!!  Join us!)

Yours in Purposeful Service
Sage

Dear Sage,

I had the privilege of listening in on your very first telesummit, when you were still known by another name. It’s wonderful to get your updates on how you grow and thrive! You have definitely been a part of my expansion.

I myself have recently ended a relationship of three years and the results are like yours: things start to move when I increasingly speak the truth of who I am – and what I love. New people pop up from nowhere, doors open, new dreams introduce themselves. In the midst of the birthing pains and scares of a new life, there’s so much love for what’s to come!

Much Love,

Pia Saranpreet

I am putting into practice what I preach. Love the fact that you said to write it down and you’ll follow through. I decided to do a presentation and I wrote it down so I would HAVE to do it. Right on – Money Manifesting – 11-11-11 at 11.

Money, money, money…. For years I’ve put my attention on what I want/need that money could provide for me rather than the money itself, and that seemed to be working for me until these past couple of months when it is MONEY that I need!

When I was much younger I and working my first jobs I was very money focused, spent little and always had money. I actually loved that I had money more than having what it could buy. At some point that all changed and I began spending as fast as I made it. It seemed there could never be enough money so why try to hold onto what I had; interesting reasoning huh?

I’ve always liked the freedom that comes with being my own boss knowing that if I worked harder and smarter I could receive an immediate raise. Lately though for the past 4.5 years I haven’t had the impetus to market myself or to focus my attention on what talents I want to spend my time performing. I feel like I’ve been riding the coat tails of my positive creating beliefs using my intention for the Universe to take care of me building my faith that I am going to be taken care of and not being pro-active other than gaining more knowledge about marketing.

Clearly I’ve been in process AND I cannot pay my rent this month! I’m getting the feeling it’s time for a shift AND I have stopped pushing to make things happen… help, I feel like I’m on the threshold of a shift or at least I hope I am!~
Thanks for your post Sage. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen you!

I have been where you are now and the same thing happened to me. I split with my husband almost 4 years ago and was left to raise my son alone. I was worried about taking on all the responsibility of my business, raising my son and running my home on my own. As soon as my husband left, I hired a business coach and got a huge contract that provided enough money to support me for more than 2 months, giving me time to work on increasing my revenue. I know how scary it can be but I trust that the universe will always provide me with opportunities and it has. It will do the same for you. I have never been happier or more fulfilled in my life and making that hard decision to get out of a bad marriage was the best thing I could have done for myself. I wish you the very best.

I have made the decision to work on the money key this year, and dedicate one day a week (Monday) to this area that I have so often neglected.
Thank you for the post. I look forward to reading more of them.

Beautiful timing. Our farm had a good year (too few and far between) and so we will be able to retire nearly all of our debt. I am creating a budget with my husband for us to actually live within our means and to pay off the last credit card. Thank you for encouraging us to face facts and look at our issues.

I will determine the exact amount of money I have made this year, the exact amount of debt I have, and the exact amount of savings I have. I will write this down by November 18th as part of my planning and inspiration for next year’s prosperity and wealth.

Love this post! Yes, the numbers reflect our will in the world and our will with others. I listened to your Healing Money audio yesterday. My action step this week is to shift my inner state to align more congruently with the abundance that speaks to us everywhere in Nature. I want to live and breathe this abundance in a spirit of co-creation with others. My next step will be to check the reality of my numbers and make new realistic goals for the upcoming year. I will be asking questions like: How much can I generate in service to others? How much do I really need to maintain a modest lifestyle? How much can I give in a spirit of joy and thanksgiving? Who are my karmic collaborators? Am I ready for an economic master-mind group? Who would be willing to join me?

Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful Women, I too am on my journey with money! I so appreciate the willingness here to look… I’m going to have “Money Monday’s” from now on where I pay all my bills and look at my bank accounts and track how much of my money is in each place. Very liberating- thank you for being on this journey with me!

7 years ago I got out of an unfulfilling marriage and right-tracked my personal life. Am remarried to a soulmate and have rebuilt my nest, my career and finances are now my focus. I am going through our finances to get a handle on where we stand and then work with a finance professional who can help us get our money to work together with us with intention. YAY!!

Great timing! Just this afternoon, I wrote a letter to the Universe about my finances/business.

Thank you for sharing your experiences & congratulations on your success!

I have recently realised that I have a negative belief system around money and had always avoided facing it. I now do what I call my Wednesday Wealth Awareness when I update a spreadsheet with the funds in all my accounts so I have a visual and regular reference to my money matters. It’s helping me act more responsibly toward my finances and encourages me to think positively about how I can improve them. Congratulations on being true to yourself Sage x

Sage, you are so courageous. Your willingness to be vulnerable here helps me see myself more clearly. I’ve been focusing on money since my own divorce eight years ago. I’ve watched my IRA and savings disappear and my spirit sink while my old way of doing things stopped working. I’m watching my money numbers daily and learning as much as I can to create my own new way to serve. The limbo between the old and new is a scary tight-rope walk, and reading your blogs and everyone’s responses is really helpful. Thank you so much!

So true, Sage! It’s funny how much I avoid looking at the numbers, but every time I do, magic happens and I make more money! I love how authentic you are about your journey. Keep sharing!

I have stopped being afraid of receiving I entered all of our personal debt and the multiple businesses debt and told myself to look at it. It was freeing because when it was broken down it was attainable.
It was encourgeing and I began to create even more and more. I discovered that if I create $1.60 per second I could fund the construction costs for the all green state of the art self-sustaining school campus in Fiji that we are building. Plus once we do it there it is replica-table, I can help schools in the US and abroad.
In 2003 I was given up for dead and sent home to die by my doctors. I went 96 days on only water until I heard a Dr. on the radio say “Coach at the cellular level” with is what I heard during praying while I was in the ICU just before they sent me home I called the phone number given on the radio. It was $1,200 just to talk to him at his alternative health institute. I didn’t have the funds my children raised the money. I became the spokes person for 6 years I have been teaching what I have learned since.
When I first came home I looked at my 8 children and I gave them the last really important lessons I thought I would be able to teach them. It was for them to: “Go and find someone to help” The next day is when I heard the Dr. on the radio.

All of my children did but my 5th child Jaimi Lynn went to Fiji on a People to People Student Ambassadors Trip. She visited the Nadroga Navosa Provincial high school and she said that “The children were giving up on their dreams.” She made a promise that some how she would help them keep their dreams alive.
When I asked the Principal what their dream was he sent a $3.5 million dollar picture of a new school. I was stunned because the architect who designed the schools name was Jaimi Associates the same spelling as my daughter the contractor who bid on the job if was ever funded was Kanta and that was my mothers maiden name and she died when I was 23 there were too many zeros in the $3.5 million.
Well we were broke, I was sick, weak we wondered what we had to offer.
For us as parents it broke our hearts to know they were giving up on their dreams. So having no financial resources we looked at what we did have. At the time the only thing we could leverage was our companion passes for United and then we said YES to Fiji.
Then we send someone here and we will fly them all over and introduce him to as many people as possible and someone will know someone who can help us build the school.
I met Ho at an Enlightened Millionaires Institute event in LA he over heard me talking about Fiji while I was on the phone waiting for the Fijian teacher to arrive.
He said, he may know someone who maybe interested. The next morning Ho brought Mr. Jocelyn MacKay ICAP Inc. Woodland Hills Cal. and on a hand shake in 45 mins. he said “I’ll help you build the school.”
While in Fiji 4 weeks later at a meeting with The Chief (Royal Family) he said he wanted to talk to Ho a professional florist who knew nothing about building a school and he didn’t want to Jocelyn and Master Plan architect who knew everything about building a school. The Chief said he would give Ho 30 mins.

Ho said we only came to see if you need help if not it was nice meeting him. They talked the 30 min. meeting was over. In the morning the Chief said” I couldn’t sleep all night because of what Ho had to say and I prayed and I prayed and this is what God had to say.”

The Chief immediately jumped up and took off in his truck and started driving away to the top of a hill. He waited for everyone else, they had followed him.
Then he look at Jocelyn and he said, “This is what God had to say with an out stretch slowly hand moving from left to right, he said, “I am to give 100 acres and you are to choose the 100 acres and it will be for all the children of Fiji”

The first school was for 300 children but by the wave of his hand the new school will serve 10,000 students pre-school through adults. The parents of the students will be able to go to school or return to school as well. This is a full campus.

My father who was part owner of the 4th largest construction firm in Chicago passed away and left me some funds to create for profit companies that would hold the intellectual property logo trademarks, etc and build the long term sustainability programs and endowment fund. As of this month we accomplished having Registered International trademarks.

I am a wife & mother from a middle class family in the Chicago area. I found the truth that the doctors didn’t know that their death prognosis was wrong. My fear of money was huge. What I have learned is by saying YES to God.
The Truth for me: Knowing the true knowing-ness from within transformed not only my life but my family’s .
The Truth for me: Switching to Raw Living Foods saved my life.
The Truth for me: Sending my children to go and find someone else to help took the focus off of us and to look beyond us.
The Truth for me: It created the opportunity to touch others in a profound way to expand our thinking, to love more, give more, to BE more than I ever thought before.
The Truth for me: To allow myself to look myself and my thoughts about money – not to fear it.
The Truth for me: To allow myself to receive it.
The Truth for me: I have a greater purpose, a plan I know where I can use it to help myself my family and others. The Truth for me: I am inspiring others not to give up on their dreams, I am creating opportunity, jobs, bring hope.
The Truth for me: It isn’t how much more life I have to live but how much life is in my today.
The Truth for me: Just say “YES”!!!!!
I did it changed my life.

Thank you Sage! This is wonderful read. I have also been noticing that money doesn’t seem to like when you ignore it or are just vague. I’ve often thought, “I want to make more than enough money for myself!… I’m working hard, what is going wrong!” Recently I FINALLY ran the numbers in a very realistic and concrete way (which takes a lot of courage) and then it was plain as day what wasn’t working. I, like many other women entrepreneurs, was just charging what I thought would (hopefully) work for me, rather than knowing what I needed to charge to be able to give my gifts. Thank you for encouraging us all to really look at money and engage it!

I have just become a member of a network marketing group (this is not a sales pitch!) my dream is to get rich eating chocolate, I already see there is more to it than this… I’m coming to terms with the idea of spending money to make money. I find this time between spending and earning a little scary!
For a few years now I have been planning to track all my spending so I can see where my money is going and create a budget that supports my needs. I started keeping receipts this month, I think I will use the idea of setting aside time every week to actually follow through and deal with the growing collection!

I started my business, Mountain Light Healing where I offer local and long distance intuitive healing sessions–I am only here in these glorious mountains because I listened to what I was being told. We had to risk the loss of a lot of our security to follow this intuitive voice. Now I have been able to hear the most beautiful message that I can risk going more public! I can risk being seen! I am beautiful! Everyone is…
WE ALL LIVE ON GRACE MOUNTAIN. This is the message of the book I am writing about a woman who listens and returns to a place of her childhood and remembers what she has always been able to do–she gets her magical self back. This week I am going to work every day on this book.
Thank you, SAGE!
